Comedians Opey Olagbaju and Andrew Lopez

Opeyemi ('Opey') Olagbaju’s is a Nigerian American stand-up comedian/writer and is currently developing his series BAMMAS at Hulu. He’s also currently writing for CLOSE ENOUGH at HBO Max and was previously a Story Editor on BETTY for HBO. Prior to that he was a writer on Kenya Barris’ UNRELATED for Freeform, Phoebe Robinson’s upcoming Comedy Central show, I LOVE YOU AMERICA WITH SARAH SILVERMAN for Hulu and THE NEW NEGROES for Comedy Central. He was selected to participate in the 2019 Sundance Institute Episodic Lab, one of the few training grounds for independent voices to develop an original series and pilot script. He was also chosen as one of JFL’s 2019 New Faces. As a standup, the D.C.-area native performs across the city and has successfully showcased in several festivals, such as District of Comedy (DC), Bridgetown Comedy Festival, SF Sketchfest, and the World Series of Comedy.

Andrew Lopez is a first generation Filipino & Korean multi-hyphenate talent from small town Iowa that writes, directs, acts, and is a stand-up comedian. As an actor, Andrew most recently acted in Universal's movie BLOCKERS, opposite John Cena, Ike Barinholtz and Leslie Mann, produced by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg. As a writer, Andrew cut his teeth working as the writer's assistant on the movies Universal's NEIGHBORS 2, Fox's MIKE AND DAVE NEED WEDDING DATES, and New Line Cinema's THE HOUSE. Currently he is a staff writer on HBO Max's animated show THIS FUNCTIONAL FAMILY and he recently sold an original idea to FX with Hiro Murai. As a nationally touring stand up comedian, Andrew is currently the touring the world opening for Jo Koy's sold out JUST KIDDING TOUR, performing for thousands of people in arenas and theaters every weekend. Andrew has acted, written and directed content for Comedy Central that has amassed over one million views. A project Andrew co-wrote is in development with Conan O'Brien and his company Conaco.
