DESCRIPTION DU STAGE
Empower'Dance : stage intensif d'expression, de confiance en vous et de compréhension corporelle en Bachata
Ce stage intensif de 3 heures est conçu pour vous aider à libérer votre plein potentiel dans la danse et développer votre confiance en vous.
À travers une série d'exercices de conscience corporelle et d'exploration émotionnelle, vous apprendrez à:
* Mieux comprendre votre corps et les clés d’une danse fluide et expressive.
* Explorer et exprimer vos émotions à travers le mouvement, dans un environnement bienveillant et sécurisé.
* Développer votre confiance en vous et votre assurance sur la piste de danse.
Ce stage vous permettra d’acquérir les outils nécessaires pour enrichir votre expérience de la bachata et atteindre un niveau supérieur.
Quel que soit votre niveau de danse, ce stage vous offrira une expérience transformatrice et vous permettra de vous connecter plus profondément avec vous-même et avec la musique.

Empower'Dance: Intensive training course in expression, self-confidence and body understanding in Bachata
This 3-hour intensive workshop is designed to help you unleash your full potential in dance and develop your self-confidence.
Through a series of body awareness and emotional exploration exercises, you'll learn to:
* Better understand your body and the keys to fluid, expressive dance.
* Explore and express your emotions through movement, in a safe and caring environment.
* Develop self-confidence and confidence on the dance floor.
This workshop will give you the tools you need to enrich your bachata experience and take it to the next level.
Whatever your dance level, this workshop will provide you with a transformative experience and enable you to connect more deeply with yourself and with the music.
