Gorditas Rellenas de Chile Verde

stuffed pockets of corn dough, filled with borracho beans, cheese, marinated pork in salsa verde

vibrant and refreshing tequila-based drink often considered a more complex version of the Paloma

5th Course

Sopapillas

fried pastry covered in cane sugar, with a peach compote

aged for 12 months in American oak bourbon barrels. It features a rich flavor profile with notes of vanilla, butterscotch, and oak.
