Come Undone | Community Breathwork in Denver Metro

This is a two-hour community breathwork ceremony using the somatic modality of holotropic breathwork. No experience required. No performance expected. Just you, your breath, and up to fourteen people doing the same brave thing.

We'll use breath, music, and light movement to support you in accessing what's sitting underneath the surface — old stories, stuck emotion, the stuff that talking doesn't always reach.

The flow:

• Arrive up to 10 minutes prior to the official start to get settled
• A grounded introduction to breathwork and this particular style
• Co-created safety: share your name, where you're at, and your intention if you'd like
• Active breathing to a curated playlist that carries you through the experience
• An optional release moment — scream, tap, hum, sing, shake — whatever your body asks for
• Integration time: rest, write, draw, and/or verbally connect with the group

What this might bring up:

Holotropic breathwork works with the body's own intelligence. You might feel emotional, physical, or somewhere in between. You might cry, laugh, feel nothing, or feel everything. All of it is welcome. Nothing needs to be performed or produced. In here, we let the body body.

This is a space to process, not to present, perform or perfect.

What to bring:

• Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing
• Yoga mat or a surface you can lie on for a couple of hours
• Blanket
• Pillow or bolster (doubles as your scream buffer, no shame)
• Journal, pen, colored pencils if you like
• Eye cover
• Water
• Chaptstick, vaseline
• Crystals, cards, totems, etc
