Hi, my name is Richard Kent and I welcome you to our monthly dance, every second Sunday of the month. (With some exceptions) Where everyone is welcome, children included.
This is an open and relaxed space where you are invited to come along and let your body move you. I will play a selection of music to gently guide you to allow your body mind to express itself. There is little further guidance from myself, it’s an opportunity for your own unique self to move however you feel, within a warm and supportive dance space with other souls. I am passionate about dance, I find it to be the way my deepest self is expressed, so this is my offering and the entrance charge is simply to cover the cost of hiring the hall, and in turn support the community.
