Come join us for a Family friendly event where there will be hands-on activities for kids age 12 and under! Older ones are welcome to come and join the fun as well! Children will rotate through interactive stations to learn more about the importance of fueling their bodies well! They will engage in creating crafts, snacks, playing games, learning about gardening and even have the opportunity to move their bodies in a dance party! Parents will be able to enjoy the stations alongside their children and hear various inspiring stories as well as learn about simple practical health solutions to make this the healthiest 2024 for you and your family!
