Chakradance™ is a transformational movement practice that combines intuitive dance, guided meditation, and music to activate, balance, and heal the seven major chakras. Rather than focusing on steps or choreography, Chakradance™ invites you to move freely, allowing your body to express, release, and realign your energy from the inside out.

Each session is a moving meditation that uses sound frequencies, rhythm, and intention to open the body’s energy centers. Through this soulful, somatic journey, participants often experience emotional release, clarity, empowerment, and a deeper connection to their authentic self.
