Through gentle, guided movement and music, this session offers a space to soften, release what’s been held, and reconnect with the part of you that still wants to feel.

No dance experience needed. You can come exactly as you are.

Chakradance™ is a transformational movement practice that combines intuitive dance, guided meditation, and music to activate, balance, and heal the seven major chakras. Rather than focusing on steps or choreography, Chakradance™ invites you to move freely, allowing your body to express, release, and realign your energy from the inside out.

Each session is a moving meditation that uses sound frequencies, rhythm, and intention to open the body’s energy centers. Through this soulful, somatic journey, participants often experience emotional release, clarity, empowerment, and a deeper connection to their authentic self.
