Come Home to the Body: Sound Bath & Light Language

I invite you to Come Home to the Body through a deep immersion into Sound, Light Language & Activation at Soul Fire Studios.

This will be a multi-sensory journey intentionally and intuitively created using the therapeutic frequencies of the Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong and accompanying instruments such as Chimes, Rainsticks and Meditation Bells. The immersion will be assisted by Maisie's vocal harmonies as she channels Light Language for collective healing in the space. The intention of this event is to bring you home, safely. To reconnect with the deepest love in your heart and restore, rejuvenate and replenish at a deep, cellular level.

What to expect:

The session will begin with a brief introduction and a grounding meditation incorporating breathwork, vocal activation techniques and chanting. You will be cleansed one by one using a Maraca to shatter through blockages in the energy field.

This will be followed by a short journaling practice to set intentions to take into the Sound Bath.

You will then be guided through an hour long Sound Journey where a combination of soothing instruments, light language & singing will coccoon you in freqeuncies of love and restoration.

As the journey comes to a close, you will have the opportunity to receive an oil treatment on your wrist and the kettle will be popped on for a cuppa.

You will then have a chance to pull oracle cards, have a chat and connect with community if you wish to do so.

What to bring:

• Yoga mats are provided but feel free to bring your own if you wish. Please bring anything that will make you feel cosy, such as blankets, pillows and eye masks.
• Water bottle
• Journal & pen
• Optional: crystals, oils or scents etc that you'd like to work with
