Our production opens on September 11, 2026, the 25th anniversary of 9/11, making this powerful story of compassion, connection, and community especially meaningful to share at this moment.
In the days following September 11, 2001, the small town of Gander, Newfoundland welcomed thousands of airline passengers from around the world when 38 planes were diverted there. What followed was an extraordinary story of strangers opening their homes and hearts to one another during an unimaginable moment in history.
Featuring an unforgettable score and a fast-moving ensemble of characters, COME FROM AWAY celebrates the very best of humanity and reminds us of the power of kindness, generosity, and coming together when it matters most.
