COME FROM AWAY
Come From Away tells the true story of the remarkable town of Gander, Newfoundland, and the nearly 7,000 stranded airline passengers who were unexpectedly welcomed into their community in the days following September 11, 2001. In a moment of global uncertainty, this small town opened its doors and their hearts, reminding the world of the power of kindness, compassion, and human connection.
We are deeply honored to share that this production marks the first amateur licensed production of Come From Away in the United States. Being entrusted with this extraordinary responsibility is both a privilege and a promise to tell this story with care, respect, and heart.
Featuring a dynamic ensemble, a sweeping folk-inspired score, and moments of humor, hope, and profound humanity, Come From Away is a celebration of how strangers become family when it matters most.
Whether you know this story well or are experiencing it for the first time, we invite you to join us for a powerful evening of theatre that reminds us all what it means to be there for one another.
