Ever wanted to try your hand at Parkour?
It's a fantastic way to test your limits, increase your strength, body awareness and socialize all the the same time.
Our Sunday class in an outdoor class, which starts at the Gawler Place Canopy and typically visits some of the best spots to train in and around the city. The route is chosen on the day, so it's always an adventure.
Kids are very welcome aged 8+
A parent/guardian is required to accompany anyone under the age of 15.
Book your spot in the Tickets link below so we know who's coming on the day and if it's within your means; a donation to keep our free classes accessible.
If it's your first time, we are now running a first-timers class every 1st Sunday of the month.
The South Australian Parkour Association has been running Sundays for over 10 years in rail, hail or shine so be sure to dress accordingly.
Bring water, any medication you need, and a good attitude.
