About this Event

Meet the group led, Rachael, at Sandown Road crossing on the Comber Greenway at 09.30 to get started.

You can access the greenway by Sandown Road crossing.

We will focus on litter picking, cutting back Buddleia and brambles and over hanging greenery, sweeping and scrapping back overgrown path edges to ensure that the clear width of the path is available for all users of the greenway.

If you have your own gloves and secateurs, loppers, brush or hedge trimmer please bring them for you to use. We will provide long handles tools and some hand tools along with hi vis for the group.

This task day is open to adults and young people, such as Duke of Ed [accompanied by a parent or guardian] and will be delivered under current Covid-19 guidelines. There are 5 places available and pre-booking is mandatory.

This task day happens generally, on the first Saturday of the month.
