Combating Winter Gloom

During the session we will be joined by Afrah Ali, Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Therapist. Additionally, she also serves as the Director of Clinical & Community Impact and the Clinical Supervisor at Project Taqwa. She will go over the science of Seasonal Depression aka Winter Gloom and how we can combat it effectively followed by hot chocolate bar and cookies. So, make sure to bring a friend.
