Bring your little ghosts and goblins to The BOOtanical Garden - Not so Scary Halloween to haunt the Columbus Botanical Garden while participating in many fun and educational activities, carnival games, and crafts. Upon the completion of each activity, the kids will receive candy! We will also provide fun activities such as a costume contest, scavenger hunts, facepainting, and more classic fall festival contests. Throughout the day there will be Storytime, Magic Shows, Live Bat Shows, and Carnivorous plant programs. This event is for children 12 and under and their families. The Garden will be a safe space to explore and learn about nature while incorporating the whimsy and spirit of Halloween.
Get ready to compete in our costume contest, pie eating contest, 3 legged race, and potato sack race!
Also join us for our Scarecrow Contest this year. Judging will take place at BOOtanical!
