Reservations are now available for the Columbia Restaurant’s first wine dinner in celebration of our 120th anniversary in Ybor City. The five-course dinner, featuring California and Argentina-based Paul Hobbs Winery, is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025.Join us for an unforgettable wine dinner featuring Paul Hobbs, a world-renowned winemaker whose visionary approach has transformed the industry. Over a career spanning more than 40 years, Hobbs has earned multiple 100-point scores for his wines and gained acclaim for his vineyard-specific philosophy, crafting wines that tell the story of their origins while reflecting his passion for innovation and tradition.
