Colourful Landscapes: experimental Lino Print inspired by David Hockney
About this Event
This exciting and fast pace 4 hour workshop, run by Printmaker Roz Howling, will allow participants to gain an understanding of combining print techniques and applications.
Using a combination of monoprint, experimental print techniques and applications and lino cut, you will create a landscape print that explores colour, shape and composition, inspired by the landscape works of David Hockney.
No experience needed. Some basic lino cutting experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
Beginners to more experience artists or hobbyists welcome.
All materials and equipment supplied.
Suitable for 16+ years.
At time of publishing, we are awaiting confirmation whether the Peacock Cafe at the Jackfield Tile Museum will be open or an alternative refreshment cart will be installed for visitors. It is advisable, at this time, to bring a liquid refreshment with you.
