Join Bec to explore the power of colour and flow in guided meditation.

Learn to tap into your inner energy source to find balance and wellbeing with a combination of colour therapy, visualisation, breathwork, relaxation and special offerings on the night. You’ll be invited to explore different colours and mental imagery to lead you on a peaceful, often insightful journey within.

This months theme - ‘Spring Creation Energy’.

How glorious has this recent re-emergence of sunshine been? Letting us know that winter is ending, and springtime is near. Spring often brings new beginnings, each colourful sunrise an opportunity to create something new, even magical.

Join us this month to welcome in this transformative new season, explore dynamic creation energy, and experience the sense of vibrancy and renewal it brings. Expect Guided Meditation and Relaxation, Colour Therapy, Crystal Sound Therapy, and Intuitive Energy Healing – Reiki.

All levels of meditation experience are welcome – mats & some bolsters provided, please bring own pillow, blanket & if desired eye covering.

Please come ready for a night of restorative creative healing in a warm and welcoming environment with optional tea to follow before sending you on your way for a continuingly restful night.
