Heath Gay is a true Colorado fanatic. In fact, many locals know him from his "Colorado Fan Club" Facebook page, where he shares fascinating stories, photos, and the history of all things Colorado. He has garnered a huge following sharing the overlooked or forgotten histories hidden right in our own towns, mountains, and plains.
Heath has explored every corner of the state to document these historical sites, documenting them in his Forgotten Colorado book series. It's no surprise he's managed to summit all of Colorado's 14ers!
In his latest book, Colorado Springs: The Most Significant Sites in the City, Heath turns his attention to the place he calls home, uncovering the remarkable stories and sites hidden in our very streets, as well as highlighting some of the city's most fantastic and historically significant structures
