Big news.We’ve officially secured the venue for the second Mental Well-Being Club meeting in Colorado Springs.

What happened in that room last month was powerful. People showed up open, honest, and willing to talk about the things most of us usually keep buried. The conversations were real. The support was real. And you could feel the healing happening in real time.
This club is about connection. It’s about learning. It’s about building a stronger, more trauma-informed community here in Colorado Springs.
Everyone is welcome — men, women, families, anyone who cares about mental health and the well-being of our community.
