​We are kicking off winter early with an incredible 4-night trip to Summit County, Colorado. Expect an epic crew, a massive private lodge, and a prime opportunity to get the season rolling right.
​🏂 Pass Info: Both Copper and Arapahoe Basin are on the IKON PASS (Unlimited access on both, including the Ikon Base Pass).
​🚗 The Setup: A killer private mountain lodge centrally located in Summit County. It’s a scenic 15-minute drive to Copper—which is well known for its massive snowmaking infrastructure and prime early-season conditions—and 25 minutes to the rugged terrain of A-Basin.
🏡 The Lodge: Massive 8-bedroom, 5-bathroom private chalet with 2 spacious living rooms, a private hot tub, a large outdoor deck with a grill, and a ping pong table inside. Plenty of space for the whole crew to kick back.
​🔰 NEW MEMBERS EVENT: To welcome new faces into the crew, a minimum of 8 spots are reserved for first-time Wander with Wes trip participants!
​🚨 SIGN-UPS ARE OPEN IMMEDIATELY 🚨
We have room for 18 total Outsiders to pack the house and keep the energy high.
​Total Cost: $425 per person (Full payment due upfront via Venmo to lock your spot)
​Policy: 48-hour grace period for a full refund. After 48 hours, a $50 non-refundable trip deposit applies.
​🏂 THE MASTER LINEUP
​Dec 12 (Sat): ARRIVE & ROAD TRIP UP Fly in, meet up with your assigned carpool groups at DIA, and drive to the lodge. We will have a welcome dinner pizza party and ice breaker games to get to know your fellow Outsiders.
​Dec 13 (Sun): COPPER MOUNTAIN Wake up, cook breakfast, and shred at Copper. Following shreds we'll hang out, explore, hot tub, etc. Group dinner this evening at the house.
​Dec 14 (Mon): A-BASIN (OR COPPER) & THEME NIGHT Wake up, cook breakfast, and shred all day. Come back and rally for our house party theme night and a potential ping pong tournament! Theme will be announced leading up to the trip. We will also cook a home dinner this night.
​Dec 15 (Tue): COPPER MOUNTAIN Wake up, cook breakfast, shred all day, and celebrate one more night with new and old Outsiders friends.
​Dec 16 (Wed): PACK-OUT & HEAD HOME Wake up, take care of checkout duties, and clean the house. Carpools will head back to the airport to say goodbye and head home with great new memories and experiences.

​✅ INCLUDED:
​4 nights at our private 8-bedroom Summit County chalet.
​An absolutely loaded, fully stocked kitchen (breakfasts, premium coffee, riding snacks, and ingredients for our home-cooked crew nights).
​Welcome Pizza Night food.
​❌ NOT INCLUDED:
​Flights to Denver (DIA).
​Ikon Pass / Lift tickets.
​Daily slopeside lunches and independent meals out.
​Transit/Rental Cars: Rental cars are not included in the base cost. I will coordinate carpool rental groups based on flight times before the trip so everyone can split the vehicle costs equally.
​📩 HOW TO SIGN UP:
​Make sure you have filled out the Wander with Wes questionnaire.
​Pay via Venmo (no other options accepted) to lock in your spot.
​Your spot is refundable up until October 1st (less the $50 non-refundable deposit). After that date, your spot is completely non-refundable unless it is filled by a replacement from the waitlist.
