Colorado Convention Center Public Art Tour
About this Event
Have you ever wondered why the Big Blue Bear is peering into the Colorado Convention Center? Perhaps he’s admiring the art inside! Join Denver Public Art for a guided tour of the Convention Center’s collection, featuring works primarily by Colorado artists that celebrate our state’s history and natural beauty. The tour will also highlight the Convention Center’s newest commission, Cliff Garten’s "Mountains and Rivers Without End".
The tour will meet at “I See What You Mean” (the big blue bear) outside of the Colorado Convention Center on the 14th Street side. The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes.
This tour is free to attend, but registration is required. If you cannot attend after registering, please cancel your order to release your ticket so that another art lover may take your spot. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Tours are rain or shine, however should conditions become dangerous because of severe weather, Denver Public Art reserves the right to cancel or delay/pause the tour.
