Daily, overnight and weekend passes I are available, feel free to join us for any of our offerings! The retreat property is nestled on 35 gorgeous acres in Canyon City, surrounded by public forest lands! Overnight camping accommodations are available, with primitive tent camping and RV camping both welcome (No RV hookups).This property is an intended off grid home running on limited solar power, and we will have limited electricity for needs beyond performances and running the water system. The retreat property and camping grounds are cleared but rugged, so we advise bringing a tarp and or ground covering to place your camping gear and tents on to protect them. During this first annual event, registered campers and attendees provide their own food, drinks and self care needs for daily and overnight stays. YOU MUST PROVIDE ALL FOOD AND BEVERAGES FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR PARTY. Kagan water system will be available for drinking water as well. A limited community concessions area with snacks and hot beverages will be available for donations, and community grilling area will also be established.

Daily admission rate of $22, overnight rate of $44, a full 3 day rate rate of $111. $122 for couples and a family rate of $144 for a full three day pass, or $44 daily rate for families on Sunday! Space for volunteering in energetic exchange for admission rate also available.

Friday evening and Saturday offerings are for adults only, and pets are also welcome! With Sunday established as our family day, families are free to join us for camping on Saturday evening with Sunday offerings including holistic offerings and workshops for kids and adults, generation Gaia crystal labyrinth, rock painting, meditation for children and youth, dance and play, yoga for kids, and nature mandala creations.

Temperatures can fluctuate drastically during the fall and winter months, and everyone’s comfort and safety is our priority! If camping or using an RV or camper for lodging, please expect that temperatures can be near or below freezing at night, and that winds can often shift to 30-40mph in the evenings. Please have seasonally appropriate resources available for yourself any others in your party concerning comfort (Sleeping bags, portable heater, harnesses and/or reinforcements to secure your shelter) to ensure that you have what is needed should temperatures drop or the wind pickup to higher gusts. Projected temperatures and wind conditions will be posted to the event page 24 hours and the day of so that appropriate measures are considered.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge, sign and agree to the following rules of engagement and overall safety guidelines:

1. You assume full responsibility for your own health, emotional, spiritual and physical well-being of your own person and any other persons in your party, and will be mindful of the well being of others while at the Conscious Community Holistic Festival, knowing that this festival is a communal effort, and agree to promote and maintain communal intentions centered on healing and spirituality, a collective mindset of oneness.

2. You agree to respect the environment, staff and participants equally, and to provide all food, water/beverage and other supply needs for yourself and your party, and also agree to leave no trace on the eco-property festival grounds, taking all waste items home with you at the end of your stay for disposal. Pack in/Pack out and leave no trace. PERIOD. These are sacred grounds and we intend to keep them that way! You also agree to provide adequate shelter for yourself and your party, whether you are tent, RV, car/truck or primitive camping.

3. You assume full responsibility for your safety throughout the weekend, and hold no property owners of the festival grounds, holistic providers nor any of the festival volunteers and staff at fault for any perceived injury or detriment, knowing that this communal approach requires maturity and self-determination.

4. You agree that yourself and any others in your party will demonstrate civic responsibility by not consuming alcohol or illegal drugs wile at the festival, nor will you bring weapons, fireworks or nitrous tanks on the property. If found to be in violation, you will be asked to leave immediately and escorted out by security.

5. You agree to park, camp, smoke and grill in designated areas only in alignment with our fire mitigation efforts and preservation of the retreat property. All areas will be clearly marked for group use.

6. Should you choose to decline our permission to take photo/video of yourself or anyone in your party during the event, you agree to provide your wishes in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event start time to a festival administrator, or by emailing to [email protected]

7. Pets are allowed to be on festival grounds for the entire event, and naturally pet waste pickup is expected and enforced by festival security. Please help us make this an environment that can continue to host our furry pet members! Children are allowed admission Saturday evening after 6pm for camping and add day Sunday for family day. Should you choose to bring pets and/or children to the festival, you assume all responsibility for their well-being and that of others, acknowledging and committing to ensuring appropriate supervision and oversight at all times. If found to be in violation or should your pet(s)/child/children continue to be a disturbance to others, you will be asked to leave immediately and escorted out by security.

8. You agree that yourself and all persons in your party will serve as a reflection of the collective intent of healing, unity and harmonious connection while at the festival, creating an atmosphere of serenity, safety and openness.

You also agree to bring at least one extra food, beverage or comfort item to gift to the event at the gifting tree, honoring a give and take system. You also agree to contribute either time or energy towards the conscious community meal times, or will ensure to have enough food and beverages beyond basic snack and easy meal items from our concession and vegan/non vegan grill areas for your party, thank you for understanding, we are quite secluded at the property!
