Wear clothes you don't mind getting colorful. 🌈🎨 Color Explosion Art Camp is back — and it's bigger, brighter, and more paint-covered than ever. Three afternoons of the most vibrant, joyful, color-soaked art of the summer for kids ages 6–12. If it can be painted, we're painting it. If it can be splattered, we're splattering it. This is the camp kids talk about all year. Three days. Six projects. Every color in the rainbow.
🎨 Day 1 — Splatter & Pour The ultimate color explosion experience — splatter painting AND acrylic pour fluid art. Electric colors flying everywhere (safely!). Absolutely every canvas is completely unique. Takes home same day.
🌈 Day 2 — Rainbow Clay Campers hand-build colorful clay pieces — marbled, layered, and bursting with color. Pieces will be kiln-fired and glazed in the most vibrant glazes we've got. Ready for pickup in approximately 2–2.5 weeks.
🖌️ Day 3 — Bold Canvas & Color Mixing Campers create a large, bold acrylic canvas using color theory, layering, and expressive mark-making — plus a second smaller color project to take home same day.

📅 Tuesday–Thursday, August 11–13
⏰ 1:00–4:00pm daily
🌈 Ages 6–12
💰 $165 per camper · $145 per additional sibling · All supplies included
📍 HOTplate Pottery & Clayworks, 130 W Washington St, Marquette
🔒 Registration required — spots are limited! Kiln-fired clay pieces from Day 2 will be ready for pickup at HOTplate approximately 2–2.5 weeks after camp. We'll reach out when they're ready!
