The Collin County Rotary Club First Thursday meeting on July 2 at 6 PM will feature Tonya Cleaver from The Wealth Boutique as the speaker. For more information about building financial wealth go to

The club is now meeting in the Community Room at First United Bank, 1700 Redbud Blvd, Ste 130, McKinney, TX 75069.
In other business, Collin County Rotary Club will sponsor a fundraiser for the Warriors Keep veterans organization on July 3 with a booth provided by Tupp’s Brewery. Ice cream cones will be served from 11 AM until 9 PM as long as supplies last. Come and watch the fireworks at 9 PM!
The club held their annual awards ceremony at the Lazy Dog Restaurant in Allen on June 18 where the torch was passed to Vince Whitehead as the incoming President beginning July 1. Outgoing President A J Fidelman was presented a plaque for his service and Gladys Lewis was named Rotarian of the Year for leading the club’s community projects. Congratulations to all.
