Collectivity & Hoodoo - Through a queer, Black, feminist lens

IAS Visiting Fellow Dr Marcelitte Failla will lead an interactive workshop on ancestral work and the transformative power of collectivity through a queer, Black, and feminist lens. This will focus primarily on the practice of Hoodoo, with a brief introduction/talk and then crafting mojo bags with participants. This will be open to the public, inviting in participants from the area alongside staff and students, strengthening existing community relationships, as well as facilitating potential new methodologies for research with the academic network.
