Collective Reset: Guided Group Meditation

To think outside the box, we have to disconnect from the box.

Our physical world often becomes the very thing that limits our thinking because we become so attached to what we can see, touch, hear, measure, control, and logically explain.

For me, meditation is a way to step outside of those limitations for a little while. Almost like the soul gets a break from the weight of the physical world and everything attached to it.

This evening is designed to be an intentional collective experience for people who want to disconnect from the constant noise, pressure, overthinking, and limitations of everyday life, and reconnect with a space that feels more expansive, peaceful, creative, and full of possibility.
