Join Anna for a special Community Reiki Healing event at Down 2 Earth Yoga Studio. This offering is designed to make Reiki accessible for everyone — whether you’re brand new to energy healing or have received Reiki before.
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) practice that helps restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit. In this group setting, you’ll receive guided relaxation and supportive Reiki healing to help release stress, quiet the nervous system, and invite more peace into your daily life.
To help deepen your experience, Anna may also incorporate gentle sound therapy — such as chimes, bowls, or soothing tones — to create a calming atmosphere that helps you drop in more fully.
