Incredible work is happening in Christian schools!

Don't improve alone. We are better together when Christian leaders employ disciplined inquiry on the problems that matter most.

On October 2, 2021, join school teams for a one-day launch of what we hope will be a year of improvement. By the end of our time together, you will prepare to address a problem of practice and launch a year of progress with three to eight other schools that will be applying improvement science approaches.

What we need from you:

1. Attend a one-day Collective Leadership Improvement Community immersion with other schools at Mt. Paran Christian School on October 2, 2021.

2. Bring 3-10 team members from your school to work on teacher feedback and peer observation for improved student excellence as a unifying problem of practice.

What your school will gain:

1. Tools, resources, and ongoing support from Baylor's Center for School Leadership.

2. 8 virtual monthly check-ins beginning in October + 1 (optional) in-person meeting in San Diego, CA as a pre-conference event at .

Cost: $2,500 per school.

We believe that result in transformational work and the discovery of tools that could significantly advance school leadership. By June of 2022, we know we will be collectively celebrating evidence of significant progress and publishing results for other schools.

As improvement is continuous, we hope this will become an ongoing part of your annual growth.
