Collective Exhale: Sound Bath with Sol & Sound

Join us for an after-hours evening in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month. Explore before settling in for a guided sound bath from led by Sol & Sound. This immersive experience is designed to help you downshift from the week, supporting rest, stress relief, and nervous-system regulation through sound and stillness. No experience needed. Please bring a mat or blanket.

7:30 – 8:00 p.m. Free and Queer on view

8:00 – 9:00 p.m. Guided Sound Bath 

9:00 – 10:00 p.m. Lo-fi music and Free and Queer on view
