This year, we're taking the plunge to a whole new level with the addition of the SISU Mobile Sauna and again serving medicinal cocoa from I.E. Kawa. As Wellness Warriors, we dive deep into the transformative power of contrast therapy, using both intense cold and soothing heat to enhance our physical and mental resilience. This dynamic practice invigorates the body and sharpens the mind, embodying our warrior spirit by challenging us to embrace extremes for profound health benefits. Release of Liability: By registering for this event, you agree to release and hold harmless the Wellness Warrior Collective, its organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and any other parties associated with the event from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Cold Plunge event.

5. Compliance with Instructions: You agree to comply with all instructions and safety guidelines provided by the event organizers and to conduct yourself in a safe and respectful manner at all times during the event.

6. Photography and Recording: Please be aware that photography and video recording may take place during the event. By participating in the Cold Plunge, you consent to be photographed or recorded and for these images or footage to be used in future promotional or informational materials related to the Wellness Warrior Collective, without further acknowledgment or compensation.

• Prompt Plunge: We dive into the cold waters as a group at precisely 10:15 AM, embracing the chill together.
• Medicinal Cocoa: Warm up after your plunge with a delicious cup of cocoa from I.E. Kawa, known for its healing properties. Upgrade your experience by purchasing a drink ticket.
• SISU Mobile Sauna: Enjoy the comforting warmth of our mobile sauna on-site. With a capacity of 6-8 people, the sauna will operate organically, accommodating guests as they come out of the water. Each sauna ticket guarantees you a 15-minute session to sweat out the cold and rejuvenate.
