During this workshop, you’ll be guided to:

• Harvest Lessons – Dive into reflection to uncover the insights, strengths, and lessons this year held for you.
• Identify Patterns and Progress – Revisit the goals you set in January. Discover what held you back, what you achieved, and why.
• Release and Recalibrate – Decide which goals and patterns to release and which to carry forward with renewed purpose and clarity.
• Heal and Close the Year – Through guided meditation, journaling, and reflective practices, bring closure to 2024 in a way that feels empowering and complete—allowing you to sense into a fresh vision in December.

• Guided Meditations – Clear your mind and connect with your higher self, aligning with the year’s deeper meaning.
• Journaling Exercises – Structured prompts will guide you to explore, reflect, and capture this year’s most valuable insights.
