This workshop will help nonprofit professionals plan and prioritize data collection for their programs. Attendees will gain practical tips for effective data gathering and learn
creative, low-cost data collection methods that allow them to move beyond traditional participant surveys, even with limited resources. Participants will leave with tools to maximize their data collection efforts to better measure impact and make data-driven decisions.
About the Presenter:
Mary Carney is a consultant specializing in research, data analysis, and communications to support social sector organizations. She has extensive experience teaching data-related skills to varied audiences through online courses and trainings. Prior to becoming a consultant, Mary worked at HealtheConnections, the Regional Health Information Organization in Central New York, managing initiatives related to population health data, chronic isease prevention, and disabilities inclusion. She has a
