Collaging for Confidence - Rewriting Your Inner Story

How do the stories we carry shape the way we see ourselves?

Join us for a 2-hour arts-based narrative therapy workshop exploring the connection between storytelling and self-image.

Narrative therapy invites us to examine the stories shaped by family, culture, oppression, and lived experience that influence how we understand our worth and identity. In this workshop, you will learn core narrative practices that help externalize and gently reshape those narratives.

Facilitated by Hannah Jackson, MSW, RSW, and Morghan Brett, MEd, this experience is grounded in professional therapeutic practice and offered within a thoughtfully held, trauma-informed space. Participants will gain practical tools that extend beyond the workshop.

Creative art-making will support reflection and integration. No artistic experience is required. The focus is on meaning-making rather than skill.

You will leave with:
• Greater awareness of how stories shape self-image
• Foundational narrative therapy tools for continued reflection
• A personal creative piece
• A more compassionate lens toward yourself
