Collage Workshop: Layers of Care

This is a two-hour, facilitated session designed to support creativity and connection through conversation or quiet presence.

You’re welcome to come by yourself, with a friend, family member, or as a date — whatever feels right for you.

What to Expect

We’ll begin with a gentle introduction, followed by a short, shared collage activity to help everyone settle in and get started together. From there, the evening opens out into time to continue collaging at a relaxed pace, in your own way.All collage materials and stationery will be provided. We’ve curated a selection of written and visual prompts, and we’ll be there throughout the session to gently guide and support you if needed.

Theme

The workshop is inspired by the theme “Layers of Care”, exploring what care means to us through collage, memory, and material. It’s rooted in community, creativity, and sustainability, using found and repurposed materials — from old storybooks and everyday trinkets to packaging and paper that might otherwise be discarded.

Marina and Ash are a creative humans who loves to collage. Together, we facilitate spaces with care and intention, focusing on making creativity feel accessible and playful rather than intimidating.
About the Venue

Layers Bakery is run by three friends and artists, who have generously offered a warm and cosy space for an evening of crafting.Drinks and pastries baked in house will be available to purchase throughout the evening.
