Collaborative Conversations East Midlands 2025 unites experts to discuss key issues and solutions shaping retrofit projects today.
About this Event

The event will focus on how stakeholders across the sector can work together more effectively, with discussions covering procurement, community retrofit, place-based approaches, and measuring outcomes and impact evaluation.

This open conversation is designed to identify practical steps the industry can take to collaborate more effectively, overcome barriers, and seize opportunities for successful retrofit projects.

We are delighted to welcome Mike Siebert, Gateway Manager at the School of Architecture, Design and the Built Environment, Nottingham Trent University, as Chair for this event.

Joining him is an inspiring panel of speakers who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise:
