This evening event is a really delightful opportunity to collaborate with new friends to create something really special. You bring the recipe and we will make the cookbook! What a perfect gathering for Thanksgiving time🦃
Collaborative Community Cookbook is the perfect way to celebrate the Thanksgiving season. Instead of just reading a cookbook, we’re CREATING it.
Here’s how it works:
1. Pick your favorite recipe and bring it to Aqua and Acre Market. The recipe can be an appetizer, side, main dish, dessert, or anything in between.
2. We will spend time together decorating our recipe pages to be unique, creative, and special! This isn't just any recipe - it's yours (or you got it from someone special to you), so we want that to show!
3. Finally, when all the decorating is done, we will take all the completed pages to a local print shop to be professionally bound into a really lovely collaborative community cookbook.
4. Completed cookbooks will be available for pick up at a later date at Monarch Books and Boutique.
You don’t need to be an experienced cook to join. Simple dishes are just as welcome as ambitious ones, and half the fun is spending time together. It’s a relaxed, friendly afternoon of conversation and the end result will be a real cookbook to have at home!
Light refreshments will be provided. Each $40 ticket includes all craft supplies and one completed cookbook.
