Collabolutions with the DHS PIL

Collabolutions, hosted by Artemis HCM and developed in partnership with Delta Lima, is a groundbreaking collaboration event series that aims to immerse attendees in the challenges faced by the federal government. The DHS Procurement Innovation Lab (PIL), recognized as a thought leader in public sector innovation, is the first government office to participate in this exciting event. Through hands-on workshops and facilitated design thinking exercises, participants will gain an in-depth understanding of how the PIL fosters innovation, manages risk, and drives efficiency in procurement across the DHS enterprise. Delta Lima will facilitate activities designed to guide attendees through the exploration of practical, low and no-cost solutions to current procurement challenges.

Participants will collaborate in groups to develop and refine their ideas, leveraging the collective expertise of industry and government employees. By the end of the event, attendees will have the opportunity to pitch their solutions to a panel of retired government executives, receiving real-time feedback on their approaches. The top teams will have the chance to submit white papers outlining their ideas directly to the PIL and receive direct feedback on their innovative solutions, further emphasizing PIL's commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the procurement community.
