Join Hiking Adventures UK on one of the best horseshoe walks in the Lake District. If not THE best.
Gary will guide you along this high-level walk round the Coledale valley, whilst taking in stunning summits and breathtaking views.
A big favorite for any “Wainwright baggers” The hike takes in Grisedale Pike, Hopegill Head, Crag Hill, Sail & Outerside.
Energy levels depending, the following could also be summited – Causey Pike, Barrow & Stile End.
The route combines steep ascents, exciting rocky steps, and enjoyable grassy sections.
Gary will set the pace based on group ability and would anticipate to be back in Braithwaite 5 to 7 hours. Here we hope to debrief and share photos over refreshments of choice.
