On Saturday, February 28, 2026, CUPS is proud to join the Coldest Night of the Year for the first time ever with a 2 km or 5 km winter walk in Bowness.
Coldest Night of the Year is Canada’s largest winter fundraiser, bringing communities together in support of people experiencing poverty, trauma and homelessness. Funds raised will support CUPS’ Community Health Centre, where since 1989 we’ve been walking alongside vulnerable Calgarians to provide integrated supports in health care, housing and basic needs, and family and child development.
By walking and fundraising, you’ll help strengthen essential supports close to home, raise awareness about homelessness in our city, and show that our community cares deeply about connection, dignity, and well-being. Every step helps create pathways to better health, stable housing, and lasting change.
Registration is free and open now! Visit
www.cnoy.org/calgarybowness for more information and to register today.
Walk with us, fundraise, and help strengthen essential supports right here in our community.
Bonus: Raise $150+ (or $75 if you’re under 18) and receive a limited-edition 2026 CNOY toque as a thank-you!
So — will you join us and take this first step together?
