Cold Plunge Reset!Join us for a day of ultimate reset and rejuvenation at our Cold Plunge Reset!
Discover the perfect balance of mind, body, and spirit in this immersive wellness event. Dive into a world of healing as we guide you through the following rejuvenating activities:
8:00 - 8:45 a.m. Yoga Flow (optional): Wake up with some flow. Stretch, strengthen, and align your body and mind.
9:00 a.m. Breathwork: Explore the profound effects of mindful breathing techniques led by experienced instructors. Connect with your inner self and find inner peace.
Cold Plunge: Awaken your senses and invigorate your body with a refreshing dip in our cold plunge pool. Embrace the revitalizing power of cold therapy.
Note that the yoga class is optional. You can come at 9:00 a.m. for breathwork and then the ice bath.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable clothing for yoga
- Yoga Mat
- Chang of cloths
- Swimwear and a towel for the cold plunge
- Water bottle
