Bring your own towel, flip flops, swim attire and change of clothes/or robe.
come for just the cold plunge, or, come and paint as well!
Suggested donation for the cold plunge: $10-20 cash or Venmo (QR code will be available during the event) + your donation is tax deductible via Spiritual Home for Artists.
Wim Hof fans? Come practice!
Waiver must be signed prior to cold plunge. This is at your own benefit and at your own risk.
