As we celebrate this final FULL MOON of 2025, known as the Cold Moon, we will get grounded to take us into the that deep reflective state for the Winter. We will free stagnant energies with some light tapping before settling in to a restorative resonant sound bath where a collection of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, Koshi chimes, medicine drum and native rattles will be played. These soothing vibrations are healing to the nervous system and the soul opening up clarity, creativity, and a deeper understanding of self.
