Don't be stuck without your herbal medicine this cold and flu season! Prepare with us and be ahead of the game.Join Clinical Western Herbalist, Sara Ratza, in creating your sicky toolkit for the upcoming winter season. We will discuss different constitutions and what herbs you want to use for different ailments. All materials will be provided, but PLEASE bring your own knife, cutting board, and grater.
