Viriya Psychological Services is excited to launch a Group Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) for older adults with mild-moderate dementia! This is an activity-based group that aims to build cognitive skills such as memory, attention and problem-solving skills, whilst also encouraging interaction and connection with others who face similar challenges. CST has a good evidence base for improving cognitive skills and quality of life for people with dementia.
