7-week Cognitive Behavioral Therapy groups are starting now for all ages. "Cool Cats" is for 6-9 year olds, "Brave Bears" is for 10-13 year olds, and Adults will meet on Thursdays from 4:30-6:00pm. We cover all CBT techniques and focus on long-term stress management. We also improve self-esteem in a variety of ways.
