10 years ago, we started Coffeeshop Astrophysics, a science outreach group formed by graduate students and postdocs at the CGCA. Over the past decade, we have given dozens of science talks at Anodyne Coffee in Walker's Point on wide-ranging topics in physics.To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we would like to invite you to this special presentation given by former members of our group. We will talk about the importance of science communication, share our history, and discuss the connections we've made with the Milwaukee community.
The event will be held at the Atrium of Lubar Entrepreneurship Center at UW-Milwaukee. There will be free appetizers and a bar with drinks for purchase.
