Sunday March 15th at 9am, join us for 60 mins of ultra slow-paced, creatively sequenced asana focused on cultivating a deeper connection to yourself, finding the most valuable variation of each pose for *your* body and connecting breath to movement… the TLC your mind and body deserve. 🤎
This is a slow-moving but very physical practice designed for all levels. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Each ticket comes with a free drink of your choice, redeemable before or after class.🤍
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early, as class will begin promptly and quietly at 9am. We’ll come around and take your drink order before class so it’ll be ready afterward. Bring your own mat and water.🤎
