Open Eye Cafe barista Annabella will demonstrate the difference in steaming various milks & temperatures; she'll share a bit of milk chemistry, then guide you as you try your hand at steaming, pouring & latte art.

A small class size will allow you the opportunity for one-one-one training with Annabella. Beginners welcome!
