Welcome coffee lovers! Join us for a Coffee Tasting with Fort Collins Coffee Collective at Wobble HiFi on March 14th, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Get ready to sample local beans from Bean Cycle Roasters and international roasters via Airworks Coffee through the lens of three different brew methods.

Our events are part tasting, part social hour, part class. Host Matt will give a basic overview of modern coffee production and brewing, you'll gain a better understanding of differences in bean origins, processing and brew methods and leave knowing a bit more about what YOU like in coffee.
