Coffee Tasting Experience (11:30am session)

Coffee is beautifully complex with nuanced variability in every single bean. In this tasting experience, Jonathan (Sagebrush's manager) will walk through your preferences regarding coffee and develop a tasting menu in real time for you to enjoy our offerings. Before we begin, we work through a tasting kit and hone in what exactly we enjoy in coffee. Then over sparkling water, we discuss what makes coffee have flavor profiles to begin with, work our way to a decision for our first course. Jonathan will then brew a selection of black coffees for comparison. Then, in the second course, we move to cortados to experience espresso and milk, talking through what makes espresso so special. Finally, Jonathan shares a sampler of what we're currently developing in our syrup kitchen with a peak of an upcoming or archived signature drink.

The experience is limited to 4 people (preferably 2 couples) and will incorporate a conglomerated mix of all the attendees' perferences.
